How We Ship
We stock most of the items that we sell and they ship within 24 hours of receiving your order (excluding weekends and holidays). We typically ship using UPS. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you. You can track your order by clicking on the tracking number which will direct you to the UPS website. We ship only to physical addresses and not PO Boxes.
Need it Faster?
Expedited shipping options are also available for most items, including next-day, 2-day and 3 day air delivery. Shipping upgrade options and costs vary. Select your preferred upgrade during the checkout process or call for more details. Please note that orders with expedited shipping still require our standard 24 hour order processing time.
APO & FPO Addresses
APO and FPO addresses are shipped via the US Postal Service and tracking will be emailed to you once payment is received. Your order can then be tracked by visiting the USPS.com website.
We want you to be happy with your product! If you have purchased an incorrect or unwanted item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt according to the following:
- Product must be unopened, unused and factory sealed.
- Product returns must include original packaging, boxes, instructions, etc.
- Products must be shipped back to Able Engravers freight pre-paid.
- 3rd party shipping charges (UPS, FedEx, etc) are non-refundable
If you need to return a product, please contact customer service at 1-800-383-5185 to arrange for an RMA (return merchandise authorization). We will be happy to assist you with your return and help you find a replacement product that fulfills your needs.
We are unable to accept returns of the following items::
- Open or used printers
- Open or used cameras
- Opened or used media such as cards, ribbons and/or printer cleaning kits
- Custom-printed or custom-programmed products, including but not limited to custom lanyards, custom badge reels, custom TempBadge products, and programmed technology cards
If you received a product that is non-functioning or defective out of the packaging, please contact us to arrange for a return merchandise authorization (RMA). We will do our best to replace the product as quickly as possible.
Return Procedures and Guidelines
- Contact us at 1-800-383-5185 within 30 days of receiving your order.
- All returned packages and merchandise must be shipped to the following address
- RMA numbers must be clearly marked on the return shipping address label to:

Products must be shipped back freight prepaid (customer pays for shipping).
- Items must be received by Able Engravers within 15 days of issuance of RMA.
- All original packaging, instructions, etc. must be returned unmarked and undamaged.
- Product must be ‘like new’ and factory sealed.
- Able Engravers cannot be responsible for any merchandise that fails to arrive at our facility.
- Merchandise that arrives at our facility damaged cannot be accepted and will be returned to you.
- Credit will be issued to the original credit card or account holder after inspection by Able Engravers. We do not give credit for shipping on the original order.
- Able Engravers may amend the return policy guidelines at anytime.
