brass and aluminum*.
*An optional cutter ZDC-** or ZEC-**-BAL is required for such

Safe, Sturdy Construction
The EGX-300 includes both an emergency stop switch and a
front cover with an interlock switch which automatically pauses the machine when opened. The front cover
also eliminates debris and reduces noise.

The standard top- and optional bottom-loading collets
support a wide variety of industry standard tool choices.
With a spindle speed of up to 15,000 RPM, you can engrave
materials faster.
The EGX-300 comes with a 1 MB data buffer for quick

For Awards, Nametags and More
Dr. Engrave can convert Windows TrueType fonts into single
line fonts for letter engraving. In addition to standard
fills, it supports "island-fills." It also provides
maximum flexibility in importing a variety of file formats,
including Windows bit map data, vector art, and scanned logos
and photos. For nametags, you can import an Excel CSV-formatted
file and Dr. Engrave will layout your job optimally to fit the
material. Dr. Engrave is compatible with Windows 95/98/Me and
Windows NT 4.0/2000.
